My Favorite Waffle Recipe – Waffled Brownie Sundae:
- All Purpose Flour: 3/4 Cup
- Cocoa Powder: 2 Tbs
- Fine Salt
- Bittersweet Chopped Chocolate: 4 Ounces
- Unsalted Butter: 3 Tbs
- Sugar: 0.5 Cup
- Beaten Eggs: 2
- Topping: maraschino cherries, caramel sauce, Vanilla ice cream and whipped cream
1- Mix salt, flour and cocoa powder in a bowl.
2- Heat up your waffle iron. Turn ON and keep the temperature of your oven to 200 degrees.
3- Mix and stir half quantities of butter and chocolate with medium heating for 5 minutes. Now add this into already prepared mixture of salt, flour and cocoa powder and mix well.
4- Mix remaining half quantities of butter and chocolate with medium heating for 5 minutes. Make sure that mixture becomes smooth and melted. Now let this mixture to cool down for few minutes and then add and mix eggs & sugar. Also put the remaining chocolate and already prepared flour mixture and mix well to make a homogeneous mixture.
5- Brush your waffle iron with butter, fill it about 75%, close the lid and cook for 5-6 minutes so that waffles are cooked. Store these waffles in oven at 200 Degrees while you make more waffles.
